She's from an alternate reality... and SHE'S the one that went insane. After Dan and her brother died... she became something of a hermit. Using gambling and alcoholism to try and forget about her past. That is, until her past came looking for her in the form of Orochimaru and Jiraiya. There had been a war while she was gone, and the other two of the Sannin had been badly injured. Jiraiya was now blind, and Orochimaru lost his leg. Both unfit for leading Konoha, so were sent to find Tsunade to be the Godaime.
She couldn’t pass it up as an opportunity to destroy the one place that gave her such bad luck. She’s slowly trying to turn the city she cherished as a teenager into nothing but rubble… from the inside out.
Tsunade’s no different than the cannon version except a few more twitches, and evil laughs. She still has ungodly strength, a horrible temper, an appetite for gambling and alcohol, and the brain’s to back it all up. The only difference is in her reality Sasuke was her pet instead of Shizune. He was her spy amongst the ranks.
